KeyCrypt: Password Manager & Autofill Tool for Tax Websites
KeyCrypt is a Chrome extension developed by Kloud Tax Expertise. It is a password manager and autofill tool specifically designed for tax professionals and CA (Chartered Accountants). With KeyCrypt, users can securely save and manage their clients' ALL CENTRAL & STATE tax credentials in a safe vault, saving time and effort when accessing tax portals.
The tool provides a convenient dropdown menu that auto-fills clients' credentials, eliminating the need to manually enter them each time. Users can easily add, edit, and update the credentials from the dashboard. Additionally, credentials can be tagged or shared with employees, giving users complete control over password updates and visibility.
KeyCrypt offers a unique plugin that allows users to directly enter any central or state tax websites, such as IT PAN, GST, E WAYBILL, IT TAN, TDS TAN, SHRAM SUVIDHA, ESIC, EPFO, IEC, MSME, PT, LABOUR, without having to open the dashboard. Any password changes made will be automatically updated and remembered, and administrators will be notified of such changes.
Please note that KeyCrypt does not remember credentials for unsaved accounts logged in to tax sites to avoid unnecessary saving of third-party login credentials. However, it is recommended to enter the client's registered mobile number in the tax portal for future integrations.
